Classifieds: Rules
- The purpose of our free classifieds is to display ads related to vacations, travel in Croatia and Montenegro, or related to real estate, goods, services, jobs in these countries.
- Accommodation offers are accepted only from owners or managers of these and from registered travel agencies. Accommodation offers from travel-related websites (affiliate sites) are only accepted after agreement.
- Ads that are illegal, break society rules, affect human rights badly, contain hate speech, contain sexuality or nudity, degrade products and services are not tolerated. Other subjects that are not tolerated: - erotic services, - escort, performer, photo jobs, - personals, - goods and services sold in MLM-like schemes, - weapons, - politic groups, - churches, - websites.
- Up to 3 ads can be posted per day per person.
- Ads expire in 3 months after their post time. Posters can remove ads anytime before expiry date.
- The same goods or services can be posted only in one instance a day. Eventual duplicates get removed.
- The right to post ads will be declined from persons breaking the rules. To protect our site's integrity and interests we may, at our sole discretion, delegate cases to authorities.
- As a service provider, CroaRiva doesn't investigate whether the content of ads posted by its users is true.
- CroaRiva grants no guarantee whatsoever for its free classifieds service and can not be made liable for any harm by using its services.
- When submitting classified ads the poster grants CroaRiva a royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, transferable, worldwide license to use, copy, adapt, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, archive and display any such submission in any medium now known or hereafter developed.
