News : No bids received for shares in 4 state-owned hotel companies in Croatia
News homeIn October 2009 CFP, the Croatian Privatization Fund announced a tender for shares in four companies: Hoteli Podgora, Hoteli Živogošće, Hoteli Medena (Seget Donji) and Hotel Modra Špilja (Komiža). The offer didn't turn out to be appealing, only two companies bought the documentation of three offers (two for Živogošće and one for Medena) - but not one bid was received.
The asking price for the 75% stake in Živogošće was 3.3 million US$, only 20% of its nominal value and an offer in the 15% range of nominal value could have bought a share of 56% in Podgora.
